1. QUANTITY TOLERANCE:-0/ +5% in PCS per size and in total.
2. INVOICING: Based on actual quantity shipped.
3. Coupling Must Be Manganese Phosphate Coated as Per API 5B,Coupling Surface colour coating as per API 5CT 9th or API 5CT 10th.
4. Coupling Die-Stamping and surface marking : XZEP 5CT-1368 [API Monogram]or XZEP 5CT-1925 [API Monogram]or the customer designated Marking, Date, size, grade, connection type, heat no. lot no.
5. PACKAGING: Palletized, wood must comply with ISPM 15,Wrapped with plastic film ,packed with plastic-steel strip.
6. PAYMENT TERM: 30% prepayment via T/T within 3 days after contract signed, and 70% balance via T/T within 7 days against copy of Shipping Docs. The payment method is very flexible and can be negotiated and agreed.
